PRE-CON PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
The Pre-Con Project Management Program is
designed for project managers and those on the
track to becoming a project manager. Attendees
will learn the necessary skills to maximize profit on
a job site by increasing field labor productivity.
October 1 – 2 THIS 2-DAY PROGRAM WILL FOCUS ON:
8:00am – 5:00pm
Cost: $700 per person BACK TO BASICS
Mastering the basic “blocking and tackling” skills of project

Learning how to adopt and utilize technology to increase a
project manager’s effectiveness, meet customers’ needs,
and maximize field production.
The class will be taught by Kirk Alter, who created and teaches
the IEC Project Management Institute at Purdue University.
