APG was recognized for its work on the City of
St. Petersburg Police Headquarters Facility/EOC.
The City of St. Petersburg Police Headquarters Facility/
EOC project consists of a beautiful yet highly functional
complex of government buildings that serve as the Police
Headquarters for the City of St. Petersburg, FL. It included
a three-story, 170,000 square foot administration building
with a Data and Emergency Call Center, a two-story annex
building for police and forensic activities, a four-story,
321-space parking garage, and a Central Energy Plant. As
a government center for critical services and a backup
call center for Pinellas County’s 911 dispatchers, every
building on this 6.3-acre site was constructed to the highest
possible standard. Structurally capable of withstanding
a Category 5 hurricane with winds up to 195 mph, this
complex is designed to stay up and running in the worst by the Owner’s desired completion date. APG were left
