             CHAPTER OF IEC














          Rio Grande Valley Chapter IEC received the Community   Approximately 100 man hours supported an annual holiday
          Service Award for their exemplary service in Harlingen, TX.  toy drive with participation from 20 contractor and associate
                                                              members. The chapter fundraised $4,500 to contribute to the gift
