1st Electric Contractors Inc. was recognized for
its work on the AMLI Riverfront Green.
AMLI Riverfront Green is a 304 unit, seven story multifamily
project featuring multiple dynamic amenities areas with a
$4,501,968 electrical contract value. The 50,046 man hours
it took to complete this project resulted in a successful
build under budget with only two minor injuries and zero
lost time! Included in the 304 units were 30 studios, 196
one bedroom units, 68 two bedroom units and 10 two
bedroom town house units. There is a large three level
parking garage that provides 357 parking spaces. A 2,000
amp 277/480 volt service provides power to the house and
common areas. Another 3,000 amp 277/480 volt service
provides power to the residential units using five 500kva
transformers to get power to the 120/208 volts needed for
use in the residential units. Over two million total feet of a 3D model of the building floor plans, elevations and
electrical conductors were installed in the building including sections before the building was ever built. This allowed
15.75 miles of service feeder wire! 1st Electric provided all trades to create and visually see all of their pathways,

As this project resides within the city limits of
Denver, a strict one to one staffing ratio was enforced design in a building that utilized every last bit of space
